New contracts with the Swans!

Early in the morning, I check my email and got lots of offer as manager to various clubs. Such as Chelsea, Liverpool, Barcelona, Real Betis, and lots more. I rejected all of them because i have a great respect toward my club and i happy as i receive full backing support from the Chairman. He loves the club. I have accepted the offer to renew my contracts as I went for the club, not the money. Now we on Champions League and it great history for the club. I'm forward to see the Swansea City as Champions League winners but that impossible because we will fight against the giants of Europe. I got few signing to strengthen the club for Champions League fixtures. I hope this season will be great yet again for the Swans.

Second half of the season

Great player and fans!

After I had gone through the January transfer window, i had gone through hard time with the Swans. Our key players injured and its up to the young boys to save the club to achieve Europa League. After January transfer window, the Swans managed to win 5 games from 10 games, 2 draw and 3 lose. I had a wake up call early in the morning as the Chairman agreed my proposal about buying the Liberty Stadium and expand it to enchance the club reputation and creating great atmosphere. Only 10 games left, my team were behind from the Europa League spot just by 3 points and 6 points from Champions League qualifications spot.

The next day, i had a team meeting. I urged them to push ahead for the Europa spot, i said to them that we're here together as a team. Up and down with the team. Before a day match against Newcastle United that place on position number 5 in the standings, i had a press conference and i tell the fans to support us from behind. The fans reacted well and we win the match and push us to the 5th position. Now, i keep morale high in the team prevent them for complacent in the next fixtures. Before the end of the season, we had to fight against Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal. Need to win all the last game with Arsenal located at number 4th in the standing with 4 points behind them.

We won the 2 fixtures against Liverpool and Chelsea. Now we are same points for the Champions league . A great moment, I urged them to stay calm and keep their heads up when against Arsenal at Liberty Stadium. Great moment in my manager career. I had to win these games and proven that I'm the right man for the jobs and aiming to become legend at the Swans like Bill Shankly at Liverpool and Alex Ferguson at Manchester United.

Through and through the games, we dominated until the whole fans inside the stadium roar like a lion when, Michu the leading goalscorer of the club with 12 goals of the season send the fans to raptures with his great lob over the keeper at 87 minutes of the games. Champions Leagues spot in our ways, we won the match and the whole clubs supporters delighted with the team. We are above the expectations. Great moments for this season. Next season we're on Champions League road. That time we called road to glory. It good to be here at Swansea City AFC.

Up and Down for the Swans

As can you see above, it the transfer window in January. A lot of shocking move in and out in the Premier League. The shocking move for the Swans is departure of Ki Sung Yeung and Ashley Williams. Ki Sung Yeung departure because of minimum fee release for the Swans so the board accept the bids but on the other hand Ashley Williams had an argument and angered towards me as i took of his captaincy. Their departure from the club force me to sign new player to cover their place that they left. Signing of Jack Colback and Scott Dann for the place that been left, meanwhile Adel Taarabt for strenghten the attacking option.

The league table shows it all, my expectations to achieve Europa League come to close. Eventhough we at 7th place, we manage to beat the Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea. I kept calm and focus towards my goal eventhough the chairman happy with my standing as their expectations to avoid relegations. I gonna win all games that left in. Fans and the board happy with my managing and the new signing that I bring in.

Fantastic Day For Swansea City

In the pre-season and the transfer days, i had strengthen the club by several great signing and sell some of them that not in my plans. I have bought and loan :

Davide Petrucci - (Loan for season)

Robbie Brady - 7million (10 million monthly installment)

Martin Olsson - 7.5million (6.5 million monthly installment)

Karim Ait Fana - 3 million

I hope them can lead the team to the Europa League and prevent relegation. They all great signings eventhough the transfer took large transfer fee but the Chairman doesn't mind because it is for future of the club.

After had a great pre-season for the Swans. My first debut as manager was facing difficult task against one of greatest club in the world, Manchester United at the Old Trafford. Nerves on me because have to face difficult games at my debut. Well, i keep calm and focus about my team. Arranging tactics and implement my philosophy into the team. They well adapt to my tactics.

The day for my debut is arrived, i have sleepless night thinking about the game. Maybe i had a great start for the Swans or maybe not. In my tactics is similar to Barcelona tactics using false 9. Even we doesn't have Messi, Xavi and Iniesta, I give Michu, Ki Sung Yueng and J. De Guzman the similar role with the Barca trio. Their partnership very good and i looking forward to see in their first game against Manchester United in their Premier League debut.

The game about to start, and I standing inside the Old Trafford for the first time, I cannot wait to go against Liverpool at Anfield. In the game, we control well and keep possession against the very strong side. We went through ahead with 1-0 through my star, Michu with great low shot pass De Gea. Unfortunately, before end of the first half, Rio Ferdinand headed the ball into the net to give 1-1 for the home side.

In the rest time, I gave them a boost that tell them to they play no pressure and keep calm. The second half started, it was Chico score from distant shot when we have a corner. Thrilling game, we make Manchester United suffered with our third goal from Pablo Hernandez before the game ended. 3-1 the final score, and I happy for the result and the performance against United.

The New Beginning

Early morning, i received a call from the Chairman, Huw Jenkins about my job application to become the manager of Swansea City. I'm been chosen as one candidates of manager for Swansea. It's a one in the life time opportunity. I've decided to accept it even though I got to manage biggest club like Liverpool and Everton. Liverpool FC is my favourite club but maybe its not my time to manage one of biggest club in Europe. Beside Liverpool FC, FC Barcelona is my favourite club also. They the reason I chosen Swansea instead Liverpool and Everton because to make them one of the Europe best club in history of football.

The next day, i went off to the Swansea City office and meet the Chairman. He told me about his expectations for the club. He expect the club to avoid the relegations for Premier League. I told him that it ain't gonna be easy but i try my best. I also ask him about the transfer budget for signing new players. I gonna shape the club from top-bottom. Simply change the philosophy of possesion football like Barcelona. I got 15m for transfer budget and i had the player inside my mind. That day, I met all the staff and my assistant coach, Alan Curtis. I tell all the staff about my project for the club and ask them about the advice because the been in the club longer than me.

Besides the staff, i also met all my players. Tell them about my philosophy of tiki taka and they eagerly to adapt the formation i gave. All strikers in my team worried because my formation doesn't use striker upfront. I just use 4-6-0 but i got another plan for them. They relief to hear that. The star of Swansea City AFC :
